This quaint log cabin was originally a "sheep-shed", but has been lovingly restored to a comforable and cozy refuge. Enjoy the peace and quiet while swinging on the screened in porch, surrounded by 12 acres of woodlands. There are no frills, no television, no telephone, just the sounds of nature. Particularly suitable for two adults.Located only two miles from Grayson Highlands State Park where you can enjoy hiking, biking, horseback riding or just the beauty of the majestic mountains. There are nearby streams for trout fishing as well. The "Little Cabin" is located on the same property as the "Sophie House", named after Sr.Sophie, who was a frontier nurse/midwife for the area for many years.
