A quiet refuge from the hectic pace of day-to-day life. A rustic log cabin, with a large porch to begin a day quietly drinking a hot cup of coffee; or a place to rest at the end of the day reminiscing about the hiking, canoeing or shopping that took place during the day. Master Bedroom on first floor with king size bed. Living room has queen sleeper, and loft has full size brass bed. Kitchen has microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans etc. Linens provided. A catch and release pond on the property, stocked with Blue Gill, Redeye, Bass and Catfish. Walking distance to New River, for canoeing or tubing with local outfitters. Sightings of wild turkey, deer and of course various birds are almost a daily event.

  • The surrounding area is known for small mouth bass fishing as well as hunting. But it is the peacefulness and quiet that will draw you.
