Ravenrock at Leatherwood Mountains is a beautiful log home located at an equestrian resort well known to horse lovers in North Carolina and around the country. Leatherwood Mountains is a private, gated community near Boone, Blowing Rock and the world-famous Blue Ridge Parkway. Leatherwood is also about 30 minutes from Lenoir and Wilkesboro, NC.

Ravenrock is uniquely built with gray hand-hewn hemlock logs and old fashioned chinking. The house is topped off with a blue metal roof that reminds us of the Carolina blue sky . Large windows and vaulted ceiling create a spacious interior living space that brings the lush mountain view inside.

The wraparound front porch and deck give a rocking chair view of Chestnut Mountain and the Raven Rocks for which the home is named. The porch is equipped with ceiling fans to enhance the natural mountain breeze. The separate hot tub deck also affords a wonderful mountain view, yet is very secluded and very private. On the lower level beside a beautiful rock wall is a porch swing ideal for snuggling while watching the sun settle below the mountains.
