Scenic outdoor attractions include the Cherohala Skyway, Ocoee US 64 Scenic Byway, John Muir Trail, Hiawassee River, Southern Highroads Trial, Ocoee River Whitewater Center, Tellico River and Bald River Falls. Visitors also enjoy local arts and crafts shops along these routes as well as in Murphy, North Carolina, Blue Ridge, Georgia and Tellico Plains, Tennessee.
